Friday, July 11th, 2025 (Arrival Day)

15:00 onwards       Check-in to Premier Inn Lewins Mead, Bristol. Settle into your room and unpack.

15:30 - 17:00   Welcome and Introductions in the hotel lobby or a designated area. Share reading goals and connect with fellow readers.

17:00 - 18:30   Free time to explore the immediate area around the hotel. Take a short walk to familiarize yourself with the location, perhaps discover nearby cafes or bookshops.

18:30           Dinner at a local pub or restaurant near Lewins Mead.

20:00           Evening reading session. Find a cozy spot in the hotel or explore nearby quiet areas.

Saturday, July 12th, 2025 (Bristol Exploration & Literary Discoveries)

08:00 - 09:00   Breakfast at the Premier Inn.

09:00 - 12:00   Morning reading session at a scenic location like the Bristol harbourside, or a local park. Find a peaceful spot to immerse yourself in your book.

12:00 - 13:00   Lunch - grab a sandwich or light meal at a cafe along the harbourside or in the city centre.

13:00 - 16:00   Explore Bristol's literary scene. Visit independent bookshops like those in the Clifton area, or explore the Bristol Central Library. Alternatively, explore the historic harbourside.

16:00 - 18:30   Free time. Return to the hotel to relax, read, or freshen up. Perhaps browse the shops in Bristol city centre.

18:30           Dinner at a restaurant in Bristol.

20:00           Evening reading session or a relaxing stroll along the harbourside.

Sunday, July 13th, 2025 (Relaxation & Cultural Bristol)

08:00 - 09:00   Breakfast at the Premier Inn.

09:00 - 12:00   Morning reading session in a peaceful setting, such as the Bristol Museum & Art Gallery cafe, or a quiet park.

12:00 - 13:00   Lunch at a cafe near the museum or in the city centre.

13:00 - 16:00   Explore the Bristol Museum & Art Gallery, or take a scenic walk along the harbourside and explore the historic ships.

16:00 - 18:30   Free time for reading, relaxing, or last-minute souvenir shopping.

18:30           Farewell dinner at a restaurant in Bristol.

20:00           Final reading session or a relaxed evening at the hotel.

Monday, July 14th, 2025 (Departure Day)

08:00 - 09:00   Breakfast at the Premier Inn.

09:00 - 11:00   Final reading session at the hotel or a nearby cafe. Perhaps a final visit to a favorite spot in the city.

11:00           Check out of the Premier Inn.

11:00 onwards Depart from Bristol.
