Early arrivals check in, unpack your book stack, and claim your reading nook.

13:00 The Provisions Run

A quick wander to a nearby shop for "reading fuel" (snacks and drinks). Standard arrivals can store bags at the hotel luggage store.

15:00 Standard Check-In & "The Nesting"

The doors are open. Adjust the thermostat, fluff the pillows, and put your phone on "Do Not Disturb."

15:30 Lobby Meet-and-Greet

A brief 15-minute "Hello" in the communal area to meet fellow readers before retreating.

16:30 The First Deep Dive

Two hours of total immersion. Kick off your shoes and finally crack that spine.

19:00 Group Dinner

A casual meal at the on-site Thyme Bar & Grill.

21:00 The Evening Wind-Down

Return to your room. Run a hot bath or shower, put on your pyjamas, and enjoy a "low-light" reading session in bed.

22:30 Lights Out

Screens off, bookmarks in. Rest your eyes for a full day of reading tomorrow.

Saturday 18th April: The Deep Immersion

09:00 Breakfast

Fuel up at the hotel buffet.

10:30 The Morning Marathon

Head back to your room for a dedicated morning session. With the privacy sign out, the floor is yours.

13:00 Quiet Refuel

Grab a quick sandwich from the bar to bring back to your room so you don’t break your "flow."

15:30 The "Big Read" Session

The heart of the retreat. Four solid hours of potential reading time in your room or a quiet corner of the hotel.

19:30 Hotel Dinner

Gather in the restaurant to discuss plot twists or character arcs with the group.

21:30 Zen & Ink

A dedicated hour for quiet reflection on your book, followed by a final chapter.

23:00 Lights Out

The "Saturday Night Stretch." A final few pages, then lights out to stay fresh for the final morning.

Sunday 19th April: The Final Chapter

08:30 Final Retreat Breakfast

Fuel up one last time at the buffet. Swap contact details and future book recommendations over toast.

10:00    The Finish Line

Use these last two hours in your favourite spot—the armchair in your room or a quiet corner of the bar—to finish those final pages.

11:30 The Final Pack

Start gathering your things and clearing your "reading sanctuary."

12:00    Departure

Standard check-out. Safe travels home with a much smaller TBR pile!
